Nexus' Data Centers
All of Nexus' facilities are considered carrier grade. Carrier Grade
means that every system in our datacents is redundant. This includes:
- Redundant Power
- Redundant HVAC
- Redundant Fiber Infrastructure.
Nexus does not house your websites/applications on servers being fed
with bandwidth passing through 'bottleneck' back bones (Like PTCL),
hence improving uptime/speeds and reliability. Our Datacenters have
GB's of connectivity with less then 50% utilization.
For redundancy, Nexus is currently running BGP4 (border gateway
routing protocol) to maintain the speed and uptime. If one backbone
line goes down, it will balance the load to the other(s). If one
line gets congested, it will load balance the traffic.
All facilities are staffed 24 hours a day 7 days a week for security
and prompt service.
Exact specifications on the facilities Nexus uses are given below;
